ANDRÉ PÉREZ
Spanish Translation / Gather Conference 2025 presenter
André was born in Mexico City, Mexico. He served as a full-time missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Veracruz, Mexico, and earned a law degree from the Technological University of Mexico. He currently lives in Salt Lake City, Utah, and is part of the Rising Generation Program at the International Center for Law and Religion Studies at Brigham Young University (BYU) in Provo. He also cohosts Un lugar más en la mesa (One More Seat at the Table), the only Spanish-language podcast for LGBTQIA+ Latter-day Saints and those who love them. André is passionate about art, music, sunsets, board games, and outdoor activities—especially hiking with his loyal dachshund, Kimy.
