Your contribution is essential to the work we do at Lift+Love.  With your help, we will be able to do the work of lifting and loving others, fostering belonging and gathering together to celebrate our lgbtq+ loved ones.  This includes daily inspiration, sharing of stories, monthly support groups, QPR suicide prevention training, monthly Come Follow Me curriculum, our annual Gather event and much more.

Learn how you can support Lift+Love:

Lift+Love has one goal - to support LGBTQ Latter-day Saints and their families. Navigating the path of LGBTQ identity, faith, and family is incredibly complicated. For more than six years, Lift+Love has grown to fill the needs of this precious community, and we’ve done it all with one part-time employee, more than a hundred volunteers giving thousands of volunteer hours, all proceeds from the Lift+Love online store, and generous donations from YOU.

Our services include:

  • Daily social media messages of community, much needed hope, and love

  • Thirteen monthly Lift+Love Support Groups

  • Free QPR- Online 90-minute Suicide Prevention Training

  • Support for 114 in-home Gatherings in 6 countries (including 30 US states) that includes free downloadable monthly curriculum in English and Spanish

  • Education for parents supporting LGBTQ children, leaders ministering to LGBTQ congregants, and allies who want to know more and do more to help

  • Podcasts focused on solving pain points in the community (new episodes starting January 2026)

  • A yearly Gather Conference in Provo, the largest gathering of Latter-day Saint LGBTQ individuals and those who love them in the world

  • Additional regional Gather conferences

  • A website with an ever-growing library of videos, research articles, leader talks, and podcasts to answer questions and lend support to our community

  • The knowledge that we ALL belong and are loved!
