Heidi and Daniel Applegarth have been married for 24 years and are the parents of five children. Daniel is the CFO of a financial services company, and Heidi is a marriage and family therapist. They reside in Omaha, Nebraska. Their experience navigating a mixed-orientation marriage inspired Heidi to found Complex Couples Coaching, where she helps individuals and couples facing complex relationship challenges navigate their circumstances with greater clarity, agency, and hope.
