Alex Cutini is the CEO of Encircle, a nonprofit that provides life-saving mental health services and suicide prevention for LGBTQ+ youth and families across Utah, with homes in Salt Lake City, St. George,, Provo, and Ogden. Born and raised in Brazil, Alex served a full time mission in Porto Alegre, Brazil, and then moved to the U.S. in 2009. He studied Finance and Social Psychology at BYU and spent eight years at Goldman Sachs, where he rose to Vice President and co-led the firm’s LGBTQ+ Affinity Network. As a gay man who once longed for the kind of support Encircle now offers, Alex brings both heart and vision to his work. He is also a certified yoga instructor who has worked with NBA athletes and television personalities. Today, he speaks across the country advocating for mental health, belonging, and the urgent need to love our LGBTQ+ youth out loud.
