Darice graduated from UCSD in Communications and has worked professionally in marketing and public relations capacities and in public affairs for the LDS Church.  In her public service work, she has developed a love for reaching out to the marginalized and lifting those in need.  Darice is mother to four children, two of whom are queer.  

Darice is Director of Operations at Lift + Love, Director of the Gather Conference, co-host of the Lift + Love podcast, Production Coordinator and Archival Producer of Sanctuary documentary and co-founder of Rainbow COnnection Colorado, an LGTBQ+ LDS support group providing resources and opportunities for people to share their experiences and to do as Elder Ballard says, “to listen to and understand what our LGBTQ+ brothers and sisters are feeling and experiencing.”
