Kelleen Leishman Potter is a former mayor of Heber City, Utah, educator, nonprofit leader, and advocate for civic engagement and inclusion. Her career has centered on bringing people together, building stronger communities, and creating meaningful change through service.
As the mother of five children, including two who are LGBTQ+, Kelleen has experienced firsthand the joys and complexities of navigating faith, family, and belonging. Her evolving relationship with her Latter-day Saint faith has invited her to wrestle with difficult questions, honor differing perspectives, and discover a deeper understanding of love and grace.
She is passionate about creating spaces where people can embrace complexity, honor their individual journeys, and find connection across differences. She currently works in community development for JPMorgan Chase.
