NATALIE-MICHAEL HORNING
MAINSTAGE PRESENTER
Natalie-Michael Horning is a UVU college student who grew up LDS in Orem, UT, and identifies as bigender. He uses he/him and she/they pronouns interchangeably. A survivor of trauma, suicidality, and years of mental health struggles, Natalie-Michael credits their relationship with Jesus Christ as their lifeline through every dark season. During COVID, they discovered they are neurodivergent and today enjoy learning how ADHD and autism interact in their life.
Natalie-Michael has been part of the LDS and LGBTQ+ space since 2021, when he first joined UVU's Institute workshop class for LGBTQ+ young adults—and as that workshop grew into a full semester class, he became a major source of inspiration and friendship. She loves connecting with kids and dreams of becoming a pediatric occupational therapist. In her spare time, she enjoys swimming, listening to experimental music, and hanging out with her siblings and younger cousins.
